Is there a way to see in the URL if it came from PPC or naturally through the search engine?

I have created a vb.net web application that pulls back the URL of
where people come from to get to my site. Through the google search engine, I get the full URL, but I am not sure about what everything means. One task of mine is to see what words people are looking for when they come to the site. This isn’t so bad because I can parse this out. What I am wondering is, is there a way for me to tell if people are coming naturally or if they are coming and clicking on our pay per clicks? Is this visible somehow through the URL?
